What will happen?

This is how a typical case proceeds:

• Fill in our feedback form or call us. 
• We will discuss the details of the issue with you and then provide a quotation for our services. 
• You will be sent an authorisation form confirming details and allowing us to proceed with the investigation. 
• Please remember that we view utter discretion as paramount and we will never reveal ourselves as providing a service to you.  Please see our confidentiality section for more information on this. 
• We will then conduct the case and provide you with the evidence of outcome.
