How We Work

Naturally we cannot divulge much information on the technology and skills we use but as an overview we can tell you this:

We use highly trained agents that have been interviewed and trained by ourselves in Australia, US,  Canada and Europe.   We use both male and female agents and all are intercontinental travellers, several being multilingual.  Our agents have access to the latest technology such as GPS trackers, USB key loggers, mobile phone bugs, night vision equipment, discreet cameras and distance listening/recording devices. 

Our agents also have exceptional social skills and the ability to discretely chat with anyone – sometimes the best way to discover the truth is to just have a chat!  In the past we’ve had examples of an agent spending 8 hours in a tree to monitor activities in a 2^nd floor window!  We’ve also had an agent take a part time bar job in a bar frequented by the case in hand!
