When you use our services it’s likely to be a very private matter and we have utmost respect for that.  Below are just a few of the methods we use to ensure this:

• We will never contact you unless you ask us to. 
• Upon contacting us you will be asked to give us a security question and we will only communicate with you on validation of this.
• The phones are answered professionally as Queensland International Tracking Services and do not divulge the nature of our business until client is verified.
• We can provide you with a very small mobile phone and SIM to keep in touch with us and not have our number appear on your bill.
• An email address will be provided so that you can contact us online even if your subject has access to your normal account.
• We can tell you how to clear your internet history to disguise that you have visited our site or used our services.
